Annual report from the Shamblers 2025 – 25 Shropshire Guiding volunteers, 1 region assessor and 3 guests Shambled around Shropshire and over the borders into Wales, Staffordshire and Worcestershire in 2025.
26 Shambles in all which covered a distance of almost 200 miles (300+km) or over 2000 Guiding miles. The weather included snow, a few torrential down pours and some extreme heat but we were prepared for anything – including a dodgy hip crisis.
Congratulations to Jeanette Price on gaining her level 2 Walking qualification – aided and abetted by the Shamblers.

Shambles are usually twice a month and are open to any member of Shropshire Guiding. Forthcoming dates are to be found on the Shropshire Guiding website if you’d like to come for a walk with a friendly and supportive group and chat to Guiding friends old and new. You can bring members of your unit too.
